Join the talented team from Inspired at The Hideaway for a glorious afternoon of festive creativity. Guided step by step, you’ll design and make your very own Christmas wreath to take home and enjoy throughout the season.

All equipment and natural materials are provided — from fresh seasonal foliage and greenery to dried fruits, pinecones, orange slices and festive trimmings. Add ribbons, textures and your own finishing touches, and leave with a handmade wreath that’s truly unique.

Rooted in Family, Grown with Love

The Hideaway began as a dream between a mother and daughter, a shared love of plants, interiors, quirky vintage finds, and creating beautiful spaces. What we didn’t expect was just how much joy it would bring us — not only in doing what we love every day, but in meeting the most wonderful customers along the way.

We opened the doors to The Hideaway in July 2023, in the beautiful village of Comrie, Perthshire — and what a journey it’s been so far.

From day one, we’ve been blown away by the support, kind words, and lovely chats with visitors who’ve stumbled across us (sometimes quite literally, tucked away as we are!). It’s become so much more than just a shop — it’s a place where people slow down, take a breath, and leave feeling a little more inspired.

We’re still a small team — now joined by the lovely Holly full-time, along with some fantastic part-time help — but our hearts are all in it. Whether it’s sourcing reclaimed treasures, styling cosy corners, choosing the perfect plants, or simply making someone’s day a little brighter, we love every part of what we do.

The Hideaway is filled with things we genuinely love — plants for your home and garden, upcycled and one-of-a-kind pieces, candles, home accessories, and thoughtful little gifts. We hope it feels warm, welcoming, and full of personality — just like the homes and gardens we dream of.

Delivery & Returns Information

Helpful information about delivery and returns

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our Comrie shop or have them delivered directly to your doorstep. The Secure Checkout page shows the ordered item’s description, price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: The item must be original, with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please follow these steps: Contact our customer service team via email at info@hideawaycomrie.com or call us on 01764 436551 within 14 days from delivery to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for returning the item(s). Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund was approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used during checkout. So that you know, shipping costs are only refundable if there was an error on our part in delivering the wrong item or a defective product.
