Little Red Joins Us at The Hideaway ☕️🚐

There’s been something rather special happening at The Hideaway garden centre in Comrie, Perthshire, this winter – and if you’ve visited us recently at the weekends, you’ll already know exactly what we mean.

Little Red has popped up.

Tucked just outside the garden centre, Little Red – which you may recognise from Drummond Castle Gardens  – we have very much enjoyed Ali popping up with us on the December weekends, 

A Little Extra Magic This Christmas Season

December has been such a lovely month at The Hideaway. Whether you’ve been joining us for Christmas shopping, choosing the perfect Christmas tree, or attending one of our festive wreath or table decoration workshops, enjoying a warming cup of spiced cider (non‑alcoholic), coffee or hot chocolate from Little Red has become part of the experience. Watching customers slow down, warm up and enjoy these moments together has been a real joy.

The hot chocolates have been especially popular with little mouths, who’ve been full of excitement as they head home to put up their beautiful Christmas trees ready for Santa – carefully choosing where to place their favourite decoration.

We’ve very much enjoyed hearing all your festive stories, Christmas plans and Santa wish lists along the way. It’s not just about what you take home, but how it felt to be here – and we’d love for more of you to come along, join us, and be part of it too. Those conversations, moments of excitement and shared traditions are what make this time of year so special for us.

Visiting Little Red at The Hideaway

Little Red has been popping by The Hideaway on weekends throughout December from 10am - 3pm, bringing with her coffee, hot chocolate, homemade soup served with bread and delicious homemade treats to enjoy while you browse the garden centre, choose your Christmas tree or attend one of our festive workshops.

This coming weekend 20th & 21st will be Little Red’s last visit this December, making it the perfect time to stop by, warm your hands around a cup of something cosy and soak up the last of the festive atmosphere before Santa comes.

Finding Us
You’ll find The Hideaway just off the A85, located between Comrie and St Fillans, making us an easy stop whether you’re travelling through Perthshire or heading west.

We have plenty of parking on site and we’re a popular stop for motorbikes, cyclists, and walkers coming from the village, whether you’re out for a gentle stroll or a longer adventure. Pull in, stretch your legs and enjoy a wander at your own pace.
