UK DELIVERY

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery
• Delivery time: 2–4 working days
• Cost: £4.95
• Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Evri or another trusted courier depending on parcel size.
• You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Express Delivery
• Delivery time: 1–2 working days
• Cost: £6.95
• Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

CLICK & COLLECT – COMRIE

Click & Collect is available from our shop in Comrie.
• Ready within: 1–2 days
• You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
• Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods, including Christmas, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Where possible, we use recyclable and sustainable packaging.

DELIVERY ISSUES OR DELAYS

Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
