The Hideaway is a thoughtfully curated garden and home store, rooted in a love of calm, characterful spaces and the simple pleasures of everyday living.

Located in the village of Comrie, Perthshire, The Hideaway opened its doors in July 2023 and has since grown into more than just a shop. It’s a place to slow down, take a breath and find inspiration — whether you arrive with intention or discover us by chance.

Our collections are carefully chosen with longevity and feeling in mind. From plants for home and garden to reclaimed and one-of-a-kind pieces, candles, homewares and considered gifts, everything we offer is selected for its beauty, usefulness and sense of story. We’re drawn to timeless pieces over fleeting trends, and to interiors and gardens that feel layered, relaxed and lived in.
